Recent changes following the de-listing are positive - removal of the CEO and other nepotic senior management. New owners are investing and seem to have a better idea of how to run the company.

Senior management changes did not go far enough, there's still a layer of 'dead wood' at the top of the company. In over a decade that I spent at the company, no-one rose from the shop floor to any senior level possibly due to the 'wooden ceiling'. Company prefers to recruit new management externally with no prior experience of the business which leads to bad decisions further down the line.
