Reading words like “fake” and “dramatic” isn’t easy, especially in a company that holds ownership, integrity, and purposefulness as core standards for how we operate. Those values matter to us, and if your experience felt misaligned with them, that’s something we have to own. I do appreciate you calling out the kindness of many team members.
