Good work environment, big space for # of employees

not enough growth opportunities, chairman is does not care about people.

Flexible work schedule, good benefits, small company

Owner does NOT care about his employees and talks down to people. Turnover is high. People don't last. Over the years, many good ppl have left/been terminated. One person lasted less than a month, people are hired without noticed.
