Great co-workers and easy work

A new employee tried to hit me with his car in the parking lot four times and I notified my supervisor, human resources, and the general manager. I gave them all the info I had including a video of one of the incidents. After two weeks the general manager told me they were not going to do anything about it, and if I didn't like it I could leave. They failed to take action to assure a safe workplace and blamed the victim. They made a choice and there is no question that it was the wrong choice. In over 25 years of work experience, I have never been in such a ridiculous situation. I have never been done this dirty in or out of the workplace. I'm out of a job and the guy who assaulted me is just fine. Do not work here if you are hoping to get the support you deserve and value a safe working environment. There are many really good co-workers and I enjoyed working with them alot. They made me want to stay but I should not have to fear for my safety in the workplace from someone with violent outbursts that I never even talked to before.
