- Kalypso is getting increasingly bureaucratic and less independent under Rockwell. Starting this year, promotion pay increases only take place every other promotion. There was no announcement about this policy change, and HR only revealed this information after asking them for several weeks. The annual merit increase across Rockwell and Kalypso was also delayed by 6 months. So we are expected to do more work for the same pay, which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, the CEO is getting a sizeable bonus.
- They've gotten rid of our once a year, in-person company-wide meet up. HR tried to spin this as a positive and announced plans to instead begin holding events in regional offices. Those plans were canceled about a month after they were announced.
- People in charge of staffing don't care to put you on projects that align with your skillset
