stressful work place, poor management, old equipment, people with no clue get promotion and just keep saying about big changes and opportunities without any guarantee, when is busy pallets are everywhere so its very easy for accident, salary is low,

Manchester team were a great, hardworking team who always did whatever it took to meet demands.

Upper management at head office were much poorer. Unrealistic expectations placed upon individual teams/sites. Favouritism played a big role here. “Benefits” just they legal bare minimum holidays etc, no actual benefit to working here.
