      Expect no work/life balance and micro-management. Expect to watch your colleagues' be terminated with no notice. Accounts/JDs are constantly being handed over to the next consultant due to the high staff turnover. KPIs and expectations are completely unrealistic. Condescending attitude towards staff, from all seniors in the company.

Their approachability and respect make a significant difference; they are consistently reasonable with the tasks assigned and genuinely value my feedback. They always make time for me, enhancing my work experience and making Kamro a fantastic place to be. Their leadership directly contributes to my daily motivation and loyalty to the company.
