The software solution is good and the individual team members on the frontlines are great and hard workers.

The culture at Kanrad (KanTime) is demoralizing as the owner and CEO does not know how to show appreciation or gratitude to the employees. Most US based employees feel under valued because of this culture. This has grown to such a problem that there have been over 14 people who have left the company in the last 15 months. What makes this worse is there are only a total of 30ish people in the US so almost a 50% turnover rate. This has really hurt the organization in the implementation and customer service areas. You should think twice about going to work at KanTime if you like feeling valued.
