Good Pay and Work Life Balance

No Cons at all and No comments

Reasonable work-life balance. Mostly can leave on time. Timing flexibility is allowed for valid reasons. No such thing as yelling/shouting/humiliating staffs. It is indeed a respectful environment.

"Company seems to prefer to higher new staffs and willingly offer high salary instead of cherishing their long-term staffs and giving better increments/salary/bonus. Many long-term staffs have left/leaving. Do not waste your time and serve them long term (2 years is good enough) because your time and efforts will not count unless you're fantastically good at carrying balls. Previous team of HR cared about both Staff & Company well-being. Current team of HR only cares about Company/Bosses well-being (part of carrying balls tactic). Benefits are greatly reduced or only remains within their own department."
