Well let’s just say that the “employees” at kane know more then the supervisor and manager when it comes to work floor / system.When you ask for assistant towards supervisor or manager they will direct you to ask or wait for someone else that’s more knowledgeable.

This place is stress bomb and carries on a nasty culture, reason why I quit.What ever happened to not discriminating or harassing someone over their gender??? Manager and supervisor made it so awkward to the point where they would be on the floor gossiping about this individual being on the work floor and then the manager actually had the associates use the office restroom to avoid this certain individual. Poor thing felt so violated and harassed by a kane associate as well ,she actually walked out on site. There’s a lot of MICROMANAGING towards the people that are NOT FAVORITE because they stand up for what’s right. Someone needs to hear these employees out that are constantly being harassed and go unnoticed. So if you’re up to being discriminated, harassed,bullied,antagonized by all means this is the job for you. Worse culture ever!!!!! Disgusting!

There is no pros only if you want to be stressed out lied to run pretty much on fumes on ot that could be avoided if you had better people and managers and don't get me started on upper management the worst ever crew ever assembled only hires their buddy's next door drinking buddy's to manage treats people like sh..hides numbers to make them look good and when something comes back wrong will pin it on you to save their job

Poor training program pretty much let's anyone on a fork lift these people don't even have cars they don't wear seat belts they don't look behind them too much volume to be done in a short time and no good management to fix it un safe building all round to even the janitor job no pay raises alot promises empty dreams it is a sweat shop with bars you might as well make license plates at least you get three free meals and trust me half the Temps that they hire know from experience. The management they have harass you they have many accounts of sexual harassment but unbelievable they are still there there's no surprise.

As a supervisor, you would have been able to impact the environment in a positive manner. If you had any concerns, our Open Door Policy offers many channels including a 3rd party hotline where associates may remain anonymous. We train and certify all equipment operators and have a strong safety record in that location, but take all feedback seriously and will complete due diligence.
