- So impressed by the platform Xiaoxu and her team have built– super comprehensive with tons of thoughtful, intuitive features for patients and providers - The company has been in this space for 9+ years so they really know the needs on the ground and have improved their offering based on feedback. They didn't hop into remote patient monitoring just after covid like so many of the other companies out there. -Really nice people! Who you work with matters so much, and this group is smart, capable and nice -Remote work. It's great to get together in person but the flexibility of remote work is a must have at this point in life.

-Dispersed team of contractors can be tough to coordinate with because of time zones, so have to plan ahead to make the most of everyone's days -Pro and a con but there is a lot to do, as with any startup, so you have to be able to ruthlessly prioritize
