Kannact is made up of an awesome team that genuinely wants the company to succeed. The team wants to provide patients with the tools they need to achieve positive lifestyle change. Working at a growing start up provides great opportunities for career growth if you are motivated and driven. Management is supportive and of the idea that we learn together. I've learned much more at this company that I would have at any corporate job. The benefits are great (awesome health insurance, 401k benefits, and PTO).

The start-up setting definitely requires flexibility and is fast paced

Somewhat decent pay with benefits; very-okay company laptop

Unprofessional management (so much so that most reviews are not real); does not take constructive criticism/feedback well; high turn over; lack of direction from COO; constant changes with no well-explained instructions; members/patient do not come first; company’s interest overpower employee’s and member’s interest;
