No fair appraisal. CEO are fully selfish and play dirty politics ,no job safety due to this. Owner always pressure for overtime and seat with you at time of leaving for strach working hours. Stress level higher than revert. Worst policy only company have profit by each point. no growth as professional and no personal life balance.
