Manager had no knowledge of the disease areas studied, had poor to terrible management skills, unaware of appropriate research methodologies, and was not removed from the team despite multiple (5+) employees she "managed" quitting (most of whom cited her poor knowledge and leadership as the primary reason for leaving). Company is focused on admin work and charging a premium price due to 'brand" rather than mentoring, training, developing employees and providing truly innovative solutions to client business issues.
