Newer/small company so there are some growing pangs as with any company as it grows Remote only work - less personal interactions vs. office environment. At times may take longer to solve IT issues without an in person interaction.

I love that the leadership team at Kapadi really care about both their employees and the trial participants that they serve. This is reiterated as the focus in every staff meeting and is evident in how they do business at every level. The leadership team is always available and there are numerous opportunities for growth for anyone who is driven to succeed. I have made many friends, and have benefitted from the tutelage of many long-time pros who are always willing to lead me to the next level. This is a place where a positive and driven people can truly shine. I love working from home as well as the unlimited time off. The flexibility that I enjoy helps me to balance my work life with my family and other obligations in a way that I never could before. 10/10.

Kapadi is a true virtual company with no physical office location. For those that prefer a traditional office experience, this may be an issue.
