Pay isn’t competitive as compared to the market rate. The new 2022 top management is incapable and an embarrassment. “President” is so uptight and belittles people without the “Dr” title. Extremely self conscious about herself. Speaks and acts nothing like a leader. Never seen such a poor leader like this in Kaplan before. The Deans are a laughing stock and don’t know what they are doing. The environment in Kaplan Singapore has become very negative and suffocating. It is not surprising to see people jumping ship.
