Bullying management staff, in roles due to longevity rather than knowledge. A lot of management have degrees completely unrelated and no previous management experience. If you challenge their views (often very nasty views they have about safeguarding students, they weirdly laugh at mental health?) they will hate you, I have never met a worse group of people that will laugh at things like mental health, alcoholism and homelessness. Horrible.
