I'm delighted to see that you enjoyed your role, I know from personal experience what a fantastic team of support and academic staff we have in Seattle, so I can completely agree with your point. I'll take your point regarding pay onboard, we've worked hard over the last few years to maintain our place at the top end of the industry, but I appreciate we can always strive to be doing more.
