work hours were great, time off was great. PTO was great also. All holidays and some international holidays due to company based out of Austria

Local leadership is extremely bad here in Charlotte, NC. No training program, no development program, unable to advance or move up. Seems as company concentrated on Engineers and gave them all the glory and respect, and us technicians got very little, if any.

The North American CEO Genuinely cares about the well being of the employees and made it clear that work life balance was to be respected. They publicly disclosed their vacation time they took to encourage people to catch up. The work was interesting and Kapsch is always on the bleeding edge of technology implementation in the North American Market. Every project manager I worked with on Tolling and Traffic was made me want to learn how to operate on their level. Kapsch was very inclusive, I was provided a pride version of the email signature in 2021 and was never pressured to change it to appease customers. I deeply appreciated that,

The workload can be demanding as the headcount has not caught up to pre pandemic levels caused by delays in project awards as funding dries up.
