There are so many people in managerial roles that leave too little people in low-level or entry level positions. - Management can be extremely disorganized, and/or continuously getting rearranged and re-structured. - The experiences you have with this company can drastically change depending on what office/area you work out of, what manager you have, what customer you serve, etc. - Work/life balance can be great, or can be all over the place depending on where in the company you work.
