Vantaggi

Very strong positive team environment. It was the first job I ever had that felt like a true family. It was unfortunate I had to step away due to a growing family. But if you want growth there is unlimited opportunities!

Svantaggi

I couldn’t stuck around longer because of having a child!

Vantaggi

Some coworkers are supportive because everyone is dealing with the same challenges

Svantaggi

This company advertises marketing or advertising trainee roles, but the reality is standing inside stores like Lowe’s trying to sell gutter consultations to customers who clearly did not come there to be pitched. Most shoppers are visibly irritated when approached, which makes the entire setup uncomfortable and awkward for both employees and customers. The internal culture is built around constant motivational meetings that repeat the exact same talking points about how to generate leads and sell gutter filters. There are daily pep-talk style meetings with clapping, hype speeches, and the same recycled phrases about mindset and persistence. Instead of addressing the obvious issues with the sales approach, the focus is on repeating motivational scripts. Even your personal time doesn’t feel respected. Weekends or days when you’re not even scheduled to be in the field can still involve mandatory Zoom meetings where the same sales strategies are discussed again and again. These are framed as “networking” or development opportunities, but in reality they’re just more conversations about how to sell the same gutter products. There’s also a strong culture of romanticizing overwork and constant hustle. If sales are slow because customers simply aren’t interested, the narrative is that you just need to push harder or have a better mindset. It becomes exhausting very quickly. Overall, the biggest issue is transparency and work-life balance. The job is essentially retail lead generation for gutter services, yet it’s presented as marketing training. On top of that, the expectation to stay engaged with work activities during personal time makes the environment feel very intrusive.

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found support within the team, as creating a collaborative environment is something we value. We also want to acknowledge your concerns around transparency and role expectations. Our positions are designed to provide hands-on experience in lead generation, communication, and sales, but we recognize the importance of clearly communicating the day-to-day responsibilities and are actively working to improve that clarity during the hiring and onboarding process. We also understand your perspective on meeting structure and work-life balance. Our intention has always been to create a motivating, growth-focused environment, but we recognize that this approach may not resonate with everyone and can feel repetitive at times. Your feedback is valuable, and we are continuing to evaluate how we deliver training and development while being more mindful of personal time and overall balance.
