- the partners that you genuinely create partnerships with - connections; because everyone at some point gets fired or laid off here so you will have a lot of connections afterwards - if you're lucky, you will have great teammates that sit next to you. And that's about it that a PRO at Kaseya

You know how I know this company is NOT it? During the holiday season, Thanksgiving to be exact- they posted a social media post on LinkedIn giving thanks.. to who in particular? Their customers only, THAT IS IT. No mention of any of their hardworking employees. The funniest part? Kaseya is the most hated cybersecurity company in the entire industry (REDDIT IT, please). bonus fyi- they also actually DO NOT care about their partners either and just posting to pretend that they do.. they really just want these people's money and that's all they care about. Here's more - they have the most toxic work culture I have seen in today's modern workplace. It's like professionalism does not exist in this place. Management gets promoted not based on talent or skills, but who they know and who they've been sucking up to. THERE IS ZERO LEADERSHIP skills with their managers, there's only like 2-3 people that actually possess this skill in the entire organization, the rest is a joke. Further, Kaseya does not care about their people at all. They may mask it and pretend they do and if you are young and new to corporate, you will fall for it. But rest assured, they only look at you as a profit making machine NOT as a human being. Lastly, if you end up working here as an AM, because the accounts that they give you all hate the company- or at least 99% of them. So you will end up trying to actually play guidance counselor and mending those broken relationships that Kaseya only did to themselves due to shady, dishonest business practices. If you value where you work and want to be valued in return, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE AT ALL. Forget about whatever $$ they are offering you, if you value your peace and worth (which both are priceless), please stay far away from this company. Also, there is plenty of other companies out there that actually offer more. Save yourself.

-Exposure to SaaS -Decent product if it worked -Vision makes sense -Cutthroat immorality & favoritism are the only upward paths -Equity program (now dead)

-Products generally dont work, no confidence in selling them -Current Leadership is completely out of touch with the reality of their workforce/operations - Claws back commissions on deals you never sold / received attainment/comms on (not sure how this is legal) -No WFH flexibility. -PTO is not respected. Paternity leave is frowned upon but somewhat respected. IN most cases, still expected to produce -Consistently misleads employees on intiatives, and borderline falsifies layoff rationale -Equity program is likely funny money at this point. prev CFO fired, and was actively involved with Enron scandals. replacement CFO gutted for quick sale of company by PE and bailed out when he saw it was impossible -Vast majority of clientel is with Kaseya out of pure hostage scenarios through predatory contract policies
