The company policy is only employer centric and the pay structure is very bad and unfair to the employees. Hence noone is happy working here. Basic facilities like proper drinking water and hygiene is not at all taken care of . The state of the pantry is pathetic. I wouldn't advice anyone to work here.

The company offers lots of opportunities to learn and the freedom to take initiatives. All the employees are very friendly and helping.

The company does not have any added facilities, like canteen or cafe. The location is very remote and there are very few outlets even in the city.
