Fascinating work and employees generally have the space to innovate and be entrepreneurial. Good opportunity to learn e-commerce and think through the challenges of operating such a business in a country in Tanzania

Pay is not very good considering it's part of a large multinational. Morale among employees tends to be low. Business processes are disorganized and leadership has little bandwidth to sort it out. There is a chain of micro-management that starts from the top and goes all the way down.
