There is lot of cons when compared to the pros 1. There is no growth in this worst company 2. Treat people as slaves. 3. Long working hours , it extends more than 14 hours 4. Less salary. 5. They will change the department according to their wish. 6. People has done mtech , are put into the production planning. 7. Higher management people is not at all good 8. Mental harassment and more work pressure
