YouEarnedIt has an extremely toxic culture where everyone is trying to hide everything that is wrong. The product they build and utilize internally encourages everyone to spend most of their time to play the popularity contest. Additionally, as someone else here has already said, I've also never worked at a place where more people have been fired. I joined the team and a few months later 80% of the team members had already been either fired or had resigned. Every week I received several emails with "Billy Bob has left YouEarnedIt". I never knew why so many people quit or were fired. It's not like the company had thousands of employees... there were only around 30-40. This company is absolutely ridiculous. Go work somewhere else if you can. Avoid YouEarnedIt at all costs.
