The people in there are friendly and feels like a family atmosphere. Unfortunately over the past year good people are leaving so i don't expect this atmosphere to last.

No bonus or raises, no recognition, extremely basic insurance, hectic work load for absolutely all employees, no clear structure etc. If you are unfortunate enough to report to one of the owners ( one of them is much worse than the other, i'll let you guess who if you ever work there) be prepared for mental manipulation, unnecessary stress, micromanaging, random time wasting requests, weird looks if you ever leave on time and much more irrational behavior. worth noting that this behavior drizzles down to lower levels because of the pressure top management put on department managers.

Hiring process is misleading and not transparent Role stability was misrepresented from day one Employees treated as temporary resources without honesty No long-term planning or respect for employee careers Poor communication around job security and expectations I joined the company believing it was a stable, long-term role. Only after joining did it become clear that I was effectively hired as a substitute for an employee on maternity leave, something that was never disclosed during hiring. After working for around 1.5 years, contributing fully as a permanent employee, I was suddenly informed that I had two months to leave. This decision ignored the fact that I had resigned from a stable previous role based on the company’s assurances. This reflects a serious lack of transparency and ethics in hiring. Careers are not disposable resources, and this company does not appear to take responsibility for the consequences of its decisions on employees’ lives.
