This company has a terrible work culture. Everything is done manually, and there is no proper system in place. They have no professionalism, and the manager is extremely rude to employees. They don’t give any bonuses or even small gestures like sweets on festivals. Worse, there are no leaves on Indian festivals—they expect employees to work like machines without any appreciation. It feels like they don’t care about their employees at all. On top of that, they are not ethical with client data, which is very concerning. Overall, I would not recommend working here or doing business with them. They need to seriously improve their work environment and ethics.
