I see a clear vision, seeing good progress in definition and growth since acquisition, very positive and solid future for them. My experiences with senior executives on down to consultants has been very positive. They have brought in many good people to balance out what they had to offer before -- any good company grows and evolves in this way and Keane is no different. The change was difficult in the beginning, but I see light at the end of the tunnel and already have personally experienced us reaping the benefits of good leadership. I think for many who are on the client site every day and don't have exposure to certain things, this may be difficult to see, but solid progress has been made and continues. I've worked for many consulting companies, including the big 4, and in comparison I am very happy with my experiences at Keane.

None that I have experienced. Maybe I have been with too many companies, but all organizations have something you can complain about. This is a good solid company trying to do the right thing for employees and clients.

They pay you. There's a severance package, if you can hold out for a year.

There haven't been any raises across the board for two years and no one above 90K is having 401K matched. The people I knew when I started were not there at the end--I can only think of one project person who was still there that I knew...and I wasn't isolated. It feels like the company is just playing at it rather than taking business development and employee retention seriously. I honestly cannot figure out how they can keep contracts. The proposal office must be very good, because my impression is that dedication to oversight of projects is basically nonexistent. In neither case was my PM for the Keane portion of the contract actually onsite.
