I think the title explains it. The company attracts motivated, intelligent, top performers, usually ones that didn't get into MBB or for whatever reason chose not to go down that path. Staffing pretend the projects will support your interests and Seniors are there for apprenticeship and support, I didn't see this happening once. Far too many tears, burn out, backstabbing for a normal workplace, even in consulting.
