Where to start? Poor management and lack of communication. Leadership is unable to stay consitent. Strategy is changing every 6 months. Currently plastering AI on everything in hopes that it will make companies buy (hint: it doesn't). Unrealistic workloads leading to burnout. Changing of strategy constantly and expecting instant results is a great recepie for disaster. Changing focus to enterprise without an enterprise ready product is also a great strategic achievment. Lack of recognition for employee achievements. Leadership just look at surface level and promote based on shallow merits. Which of course leads to unqualified people being promoted way above their skill level. One must wonder how the company made it this far. Hint: it hasn't. The company has gone through at least 2 previous cycles of grand growth plans, big hiring spree etc. Only to be followed by no results, fire a bunch of employees, wait 2 years, repeat. History is doomed to repeat itself. They hire people without industry experience and overpay them. If you want to work at Keboola, just make sure to mention AI at least 5 times in your interview, it doesn't have to actually be an answer to a question, they will just see it as innovative thinking and grand visions. Hired and fired 2 VP marketings within 2 years, best of luck to the third one.
