Keen and its owner, Scaleworks, try to take care of its employees. The office is in downtown San Antonio and is very nice. Parking is provided in a garage. There is a fully stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks. The team is generally helpful and willing to work together. There are occasional after-work happy hour events that are fun.

The benefits above on the surface sound and appear great, under the surface it is not great at all. In the past year, poor management has caused a third of the company to leave on their own volition. Management historically has set the bar very high when recruiting employees and failed on every level to follow through with even basic promises causing them to flee. As a result, the remaining employees have taken on multiple new tasks to maintain business continuity.
