- Incompetent management - green washing - total lack of organisation - no understand of basic business management principles - one person manages the entire business who has zero accountability - total lack of care or empathy for employees If you land a job here you will be treated like an asset, you will need to be in the office 5 days a week. Forget about your prior skills and experience, you will be de-skilled here from the moment you step through the door. You will be bullied about things and blamed for things going wrong that are outside of your control. This company may look like a great place to work , but it’s not, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Stay away.
