While this place is filled with talent, the company does not utilize it to their advantage. Greed and lack of work/life balance has made the turnover rate skyrocket. There is no path for growth and no care of the individuals that work here. They want to squeeze out every bit of your talent before casting you to the side or continuing to make you work to the point of burnout. There are so many secrets and manipulative ways that sometimes you don't find out company changes or even job changes until they are happening. You lose your voice, brilliance, and creativity because you serve something that does not feed your growth. Workers are underpaid and overworked, simply put. When HR and management people who are supposed to support / enhance the culture say things like "maybe you should work more," "how about you speak more intelligently to your boss," etc. the glitz and glam of the brilliance that comes from this establishment fades.
