1)Workload is not that much. Hence career growth is possible but not guaranteed. 2)Low salary compared to other same level staff and of course other MNCs. Salary gap is too huge even within same level in the company. I feel frustrated. 3)Too calculative to hire additional staff for admin matter. If a staff resigns they wont look for replacement but instead utilize existing staff without paying more. 4)Poor management. No action taken against staff who always absence from work, underperform to the point that troubling other staffs. 5)biased management. Not properly calculate annual balance that can be carried forward. HR Not adhered to the policy on annual leave. 6)traditional leave application. Keller not using any system to apply for leave. Instead they use pdf copy which we edit & save for sign. Or some staff print it out & get sign. Unable to keep track on the leave balance & can even forge approver sign. 7)medical for outpatient is only rm800 per year. Not enough to the point that i have to top up myself
