This is a very supportive educational agency that's very rewarding to one's career wellbeing; although, it appears teachers have a heavy workload and responsibility. Therefore, I feel maybe since the additional support is needed to the school's permanent staff; i think the pay rate should be looked into so that there can be a pay per hour increase.
