Hours are set durring training, Exams are literally in 3 weeks and you have to pass in order to continue the job. Last paycheck was screwed up I only got paid for 8.16 hours out of 13.07 hours. Fired me because of statewide ISP issues with Spectrum and didn't even bother talking to me about it. Instead they locked me out of my computer forcing me to figure out what happened only to call staffing and get told that I was terminated. Had I not called they would not have told me about how I was terminated and what I was terminated for. Was told HR was going to call me and tell me I was terminated and why I was terminated and still to this day I have not gotten a call from them. The unorginization of terminating an employee and not letting them know is disgusting considering they now have to look for another job to provide for their family. Instead of thinking about how much money your making think about your employees. If they have ISP issues for 3 days that is statewide then work with them don't just terminate them in the middle of work and not let them know. I could have been on a call and you could have fired me and locked me out of my computer.
