Kelly has let go of or lost some great talent over the years due to favoritism. If you are in, you are in - but one mistake can cost you your job. The strong Kelly alumni network in Detroit still discusses how unfortunate it is that Kelly keeps reorganizing itself - all of the constant organizational change has people's heads spinning.
