Kelly has a great work-life balance and the HR policies ensure that they take good care of the employees. Got a transparent bonus/commission structure and everyone has a clarity on the same. The culture is great and is a positive place to work at.

The heirarchy/team structure is very confusing as there are too many designations/ titles and hence career path is not defined clearly. Need a clear progression/development map. The management is unstable at times and hence the team members/ consultants struggle without focus.
