I loved working at this company the first few months I was there. I even excelled at my job and provided wonderful tech support. I was number 17 in the entire project of over a thousand. However I took a promotion to be a senior advisor and thats where it stopped.

Once you begin to advance they stop positively supporting you. It's either be perfect or get nagged and written up a lot. I understand they need you to perform, and considering I am still one of the top ones, I don't see the need for all the negativity now.
