Kelly used to be a great company - not any longer due to poor Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Kelly

The company is going through a transition - which would be fine if some of the leadership were not so poorly organized. People all seem to be “rowing” in separate directions. New leadership in some areas are mean spirited, condescending and just rude. Kelly is also tossing out long term employees to save money which may hurt them in the long run due to the amount of experience they have. It seems like Kelly does not listen to the middle level employee but grasp on to whatever new leader is set out to do. This rarely works and just demotivates the teams. It is incredibly sad to see as it used to be a great family spirit company. Not any longer.
