Management has no concern for their tenured employees. Every year, right about now, mass layoffs begin. The tenure report is run, and those employees who have dedicated themselves to this company for years, are let go. I'm sure the response here will be that business slows at this time of year, but I've seen it time and time again. Projected/budgeted numbers are not being met, the easiest way to increase that bottom line, eliminate salaries, benefits, etc., right before the holiday season.
