Stealing money earned: Pear pays Kelly for every survey completed at the end of training. That money is earned by the trainers, directly reflects on their work, yet leadership denies this money is paid to Kelly. Poor communication: Town Halls where leadership talks at us and reads from prepared statements. Schedules changed multiple times over the weekend with no warning. Schedules changed at 4 a.m. and no one told the trainers they were now working until 10 p.m. EST.
