Very, very disorganized and lacking in employee support. Took over 3 weeks to receive return label for equipment and they included instructions which stated "You are expected to return our equipment within 24 hours. Failure to return equipment will result in legal action". Really? I waited on you almost 3 weeks, sent 2 emails to check status and you expect me to make arrangements within 24 hours?? Real classy but on par with my experience with this company. I know someone who has a friend that has been waiting on return label since November of 2014..true story. My advise to others if you want Apple experience is to go with Concentrix...from what I hear the training is longer and more comprehensive. Pay a bit lower starting out but they give regular increases.
