The position was remote, ability to advance to added LoBs, Weekly pay, easy job as long as you understood the tools, and equipment provided by the company, The Trainers, Nesting Leads, and Team Leads I encountered were phenomenal. Most customers were pleasant and left good surveys, Call volume. Metrics are easy to meet for the most part if procedure is followed.

The training was way too rushed for the final LoB before moving up to T2 without ample time and training for the added tools. Advancement does not always include a pay increase even if you can resolve multiple customer issues in one call unless the procedure requires escalation. Staffing can be difficult to contact at times regarding time, pay, or medical tickets, and can be extremely stressful as PTO or time-off is not always approved even when submitted months in advance. Call volume for a con as well because depending on preference. Call grading can differ depending on the person listening to the call, which confuses advisors if you are following correct articles and procedures, and clarification on why is hard to come by.
