Training was fun. Working at home was nice. Learning about Apple products was also very nice.

A lot of information that you had very little time to absorb before being required to spit it out to customers. Managers were hare to reach and information was almost impossible to get if you had a customer. Almost no chance for promotion, more hours and better pay. Horrible customer service software.
