This job was the worst decision I’ve ever made and it greatly effected my mental, emotional and physical health. This Glassdoor page was created with all manufactured reviews in attempts to mask the true and negative reviews on the business’ other Glassdoor page. You can review the real companies reviews at Unstoppable Entrepreneur, which was the companies name until recently. One can only assume the name was changed in efforts to run from the reputation built. See the reviews here by searching Unstoppable Entrepreneur Glassdoor This company is a churn and burn. They don’t care about employees and completely destroy quality of life. The mental health days are just for show - they are actually necessary for completing work that is required without client or internal calls interrupting you. The only employees that are still there from the last 12 months have requested to not be client facing because of how unreasonable the expectations are. As an employee, You are gas lit daily, fed unrealistic expectations, and required to work over 12 hour days to complete the work. Kelly roach and her entire executive team have absolutely no integrity. Everything she prides herself on being successful with is a shattered disaster behind the scenes. She is known for team building, which is her business’ biggest weakness. She hides how many team members quit on a weekly basis. She blames it on them not being serious enough or strong enough or business minded enough. She hides information about revenue, profit, and the hundreds of clients that were exited because of lack of success, unfulfilled promises, and dissatisfaction. She will blame them, and her team that is unhappy for “not doing the work”, but if she would take a lesson from her own book, she look in the mirror and take responsibility for the madness. When there are issues like this at mass quantity, there’s is a problem at the root. If hundreds of clients leave and hundreds of employees burn out and quit, when will the time come that you’ll step up and take responsibility? I’ve never been so offended by a leader than when she addressed the whole company, accusing us of STEALING our paychecks regardless of our 12-14 hour work days because she wasn’t happy with our company sales. Maybe we needed more bandwidth, support or training. Not a slap in the face. If you have self respect, stay away from the company. The only good thing you’ll walk away with is friends that had to withstand the battle too.
