You are expected to take up to 5 chats at once all while maintaining perfect metrics. When you are understandably struggling with these expectations, you are told that you are the problem and pretty much that you need to suck it up and deal with it. Not to mention the pay is not enough to be doing the work of essentially 5 people at once.
