The company offers no sick pay. The managers are extremely biased and wo try to make your job miserable so you will quit. They don't want to fire you. If a manager feels threatened by you they will try to get you fired. The managers on the o&m team is an extreme micromanager to the point where it causes you extra work. The PTO system is hectic and will show you have time when you really don't. So you get an unpaid vacation. Kemira does nothing to remedy this. Human resources also can not be trusted everything is supposed to be anonymous but they will tell your managers.

The processes are some of the best and well aligned that I have ever seen in any other company that I've been at. The business is straight forward, uncomplicated and easy to understand how it works. Even when issues arise, they are relatively easy to solve. SAP is a big part of what makes the processes here so straightforward.

Svantaggi

The managers (specifically in supply chain) absolutely ruin the experience of working here. I'm not sure that real leaders (directors, VPs, etc) know how their smaller managers act towards everyone else. It's hard to believe the people in these manager roles were actually hand selected to manage other people when they probably can't even manage their own households. They only thing they're really good at doing is intimidating their subordinates, taking behind their back, and making them feel alienated.
