Good experience, opportunity for advancement into management. If you have a good manager you will receive good training. Flexible schedule on most days.

Svantaggi

Being in bad neighborhoods most of the time. Does not have competitive rates in many areas. The pay contract is very demanding and can be very confusing to new agents.
